What is payment via direct debit?

Direct debit ensures that you always pay on time. You give us permission, through a continuous authorization, to automatically withdraw the amount due from your bank account. We debit this amount on the invoice due date. A few days in advance, you will also receive a direct debit notification informing you of the amount that will be collected.

The benefits of paying by direct debit are:

• You no longer have to transfer the amount manually, which saves time.
• You will never pay late again because we collect on the due date.
• This way you don’t have to worry about overdue invoices.
• No surprises with a blocked Complies account (provided your bank account balance is sufficient).
• Credit notes are automatically settled.

Would you like to arrange a direct debit with Complies? 

No problem! To do so, you first need to authorize Complies. You can do this by sending an email to finance@complies.nl. We will then send you the form along with instructions on how to set this up in your own online banking environment.
