Connect API (XML, CSV)

Make it easy for yourself and connect your webshop with our API.

You can find your API and export key by logging in to the Complies site and visiting your profile: https://www.complies.nl/customer/account/. Under the section API and export data you will find the details.

You can connect your systems with us in many ways. We have made it easy to link your webshop to our assortment by offering various import options. We currently offer 2 types of integrations:

1. API: a comprehensive API connection (recommended)
2. Export: a simplified export product connection. This can be downloaded from our download page

The API option does require more knowledge of (programming) matters, but it allows for very extensive integration. With the simplified export you can only synchronize a list of product information when your webshop supports it.

Account:

• Retrieve a list of your details and settings as known to us, including available credit, outstanding amounts, etc.

 

Articles:

• Retrieve product information (stock, prices, texts)
• Retrieve a list of product images for synchronization
• Retrieve a list of product filters and values
• Synchronize brands and categories

 

Invoices:

• Retrieve history of invoices and invoice lines
• Request original invoice PDF file
• Request invoice UBL file
• Download UBL invoice file for import into your accounting package

 

Orders:

• Retrieve history of orders and order lines
• Create a new order or dropshipment

 

RMA's:

• Retrieve history of RMAs
• Create a new RMA
• Request a new RMA label
• Download an RMA label PDF

 

Shipments and track & trace information:

• Download packing slip PDF file
• List of shipment statuses, including packages from our warehouse
• Track & trace URL of the carrier including shipping status etc.
• Retrieve product serial numbers from shipped orders

Importing product data

To simplify adding our assortment to your webshop we have various generic import files available. These files are usually available in the following formats: CSV, XML and JSON. If your platform is not listed, we would like to hear from you. Our development team is sometimes willing to add additional functions.

 

External connections

We have several pre-set integrations with various webshop solutions. This makes it possible to have a working shop live within minutes.
