Responsible and sustainable business practices are an important part of our operations in Tynaarlo. In addition to providing IT hardware and software, we strive to make our processes as environmentally conscious as possible. With this approach, Complies aims not only to meet today’s needs but also to contribute to a sustainable future.
Cardboard packaging gets a second life with us. Using a special machine, we process used boxes into filling and protective material. This way, we reduce waste of raw materials while ensuring safe delivery of products to our customers.
Our building features a glass façade that can lead to heat loss in winter and overheating in summer. We addressed this with One Way Vision film. This coating retains warmth during the winter and reduces solar heat in summer, while maintaining visibility to the outside. It lowers energy consumption for heating and air conditioning and increases our visibility along the highway.
All fluorescent tubes in our building have been replaced with energy-efficient LED lighting. In addition, the heat generated in the server room is reused to heat office spaces. This allows us to make optimal use of available energy and reduce unnecessary consumption.
With more than 1,100 solar panels on our roof and adjacent premises, we generate a large part of our own energy. This makes us less dependent on external sources and allows us to actively contribute to the transition to renewable energy.
Waste within our organization is carefully separated. Materials such as plastic bags, hard plastics, batteries, old computer parts, cardboard, iron, and metals are processed separately. This method supports more efficient recycling and reduces environmental impact.
Our responsibility goes beyond daily operations. Complies supports local initiatives and charities and encourages employees to take part in volunteer work. We also organize workshops and information sessions on sustainability to raise awareness among both employees and customers about the impact of their choices.
