Report damage or missing items

Has your package been damaged during transport?

We regret the inconvenience. It is important to take immediate action. Please follow these guidelines: 

  • A damage report must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via the Complies WhatsApp number: 06-1839 5265, or through Customer Care at cc@complies.nl or 0592-340 350. If this deadline is not met, compensation or replacement of damaged products may be excluded.
  • Any visible damage at delivery must be reported directly to the driver. The driver will note the damage, or you must refuse the shipment entirely. If this is not done, compensation or replacement may be excluded.
  • Always include a photo of the packaging with your report. WhatsApp is a convenient way to submit this information.
  • Once approved by Complies, the product can be returned.
  • If a shipment is refused at the door, it will be returned directly to us. Please inform us promptly at cc@complies.nl.
  • Replacements will be dispatched immediately upon approval.
  • Reports submitted outside the 48-hour window cannot be processed.

Are any items missing from your shipment?

Expecting multiple packages? Please check your Track & Trace code carefully, as additional packages may still be in transit. If the missing items do not arrive, contact Customer Care within 48 hours at cc@complies.nl or 0592-340 350. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation or replacement.
